learning the techniques for breaking

develops extensive ground fighting
techniques... hold-downs or pins,
and for appropriate age students,
arm-bars and choke holds for
submission of opponents, and, of

In every Judo practice, the participants are engaged and in action!!!

(falling ways) With good ukemi, judokas can throw each
other with full commitment and force, land safely, and
continue the fun!!!
